Mr. Omar Sentissi Receives a Delegation from the City of Nancy as Part of Strengthening Decentralized Cooperation

As part of efforts to strengthen decentralized cooperation relations and explore new partnership opportunities, Mr. Omar Sentissi, President of the Commune of Salé, accompanied by Vice-President Ms. Latifa El Mhamdi Alaoui, received on Monday, 22 June 2026, a delegation from the City of Nancy and the Greater Nancy Metropolitan Area in France, led by the Deputy Mayor of Nancy. This working visit aims to showcase the economic, social and cultural potential of the city of Salé, while further consolidating ties of cooperation and exchange between the two parties.

The visit, taking place from 22 to 24 June 2026, features a diverse programme including field visits to several projects and health, cultural, social and industrial facilities. These visits enable the delegation to gain close insight into the various assets, resources and opportunities available in the city. The visit also provides an opportunity to exchange views on ways to develop cooperation and examine partnership prospects in areas of shared interest, with the aim of opening promising avenues for the implementation of joint projects in the future.

The visit concluded with an exchange of symbolic gifts between the two parties, in an atmosphere of mutual esteem and marked by a shared commitment to further strengthening the bonds of friendship and cooperation.
