The Association for Social Works of Civil Servants of the Municipality of Salé is organising an award ceremony for retirees on the occasion of the Glorious Throne Day

On the occasion of the Throne Day, the Association for Social Works of Civil Servants of the Municipality of Salé, in partnership with the municipality, organised an award ceremony on Wednesday 30 July 2025 for retired civil servants, in recognition and tribute to their loyal service throughout their careers.

The ceremony was attended by the Governor of the Prefecture of Salé, the President of the municipality of Salé, the President of the Prefectural Council, the Vice-President of the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra Regional Council, as well as several councillors and members of the municipal and district councils, and civil servants.

In a speech delivered on this joyous occasion, Mr. Omar Sentissi, the President of the municipality of Salé, stated that the celebration of the anniversary of the accession of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist him, to the Throne of his glorious Ancestors, is a precious national occasion through which we recall the tremendous achievements accomplished under the wise leadership of the Sovereign and the substantial developments our country has experienced in various fields. He also expressed his renewed feelings of pride and satisfaction on this occasion, reaffirming his loyalty and fidelity to the glorious Alaouite Throne.

In conclusion, Mr Sentissi implored the Almighty to preserve His Majesty the King, to grant him lasting health and well-being, and to renew this national commemoration for His Majesty and for the Moroccan people in peace and with greater progress and prosperity.

During the ceremony, a message of loyalty and allegiance was read by the President of the Association of Social Works of Civil Servants of the Municipality of Salé to His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist him.

The ceremony also featured artistic performances, including musical interludes, as well as a lottery to select the beneficiaries of the Umrah rituals for the association’s members, and the presentation of incentive awards to the children of civil servants who achieved excellent results in the 2025 baccalaureate, in order to encourage them to continue their efforts and strive for excellence.
