The Municipal Council held an extraordinary session

The Municipal Council of Salé held an extraordinary session, under the presidency of Mr Jamaâ El Moâtassim, President of the commune, and in the presence of the representative of the local authority, the members of the council, certain communal executive officers and a public of citizens; on Thursday, 13 July 2017, from 15:00, at the large meeting room in Bab Bouhaja.

The proceedings of this session were initiated by the welcome speech of the President of the Council and then by the recitation of the “Fatiha” in contemplation on the souls of the fathers of certain members of the council who had their last breath.

After discussion of all the items on the agenda of the session, the Council unanimously approved the following points:

  1. Agreement on the overall allocation attributed to the boroughs;
  2. Agreement of the partnership convention, within the framework of the INDH, concerning the equipment of a socio-cultural center in the borough of Hssaine;
  3. Agreement of the partnership convention, within the framework of the INDH, concerning the construction of a socio-cultural and sports complex as well as local amenities in the borough Laâyayda;
  4. Agreement of the partnership convention, within the framework of the INDH, concerning the realization of a socio-educational space aimed at supporting the skills of young people in the borough Laâyayda;
  5. Agreement of the expropriation of the plots forming the property base necessary for the rehousing of the families benefiting from the 2nd section of the Douar Sehb El Kaid in Salé, according to the estimates of the Administrative Committee of Evaluation;
  6. Agreement of the Roads Alignment Order by changing the route of Zarbia RP 4105 to hssaine in the segment linking RP04 and RP08 bypasses and designating the buildings intended for expropriation in this area Meaning and temporary occupation; as estimated by the Administrative Committee on Evaluation;
  7. Agreement of the regulatory decision concerning the granting of the temporary operation of parking stations for cars, motorcycles and bicycles;
  8. Agreement of the regulatory decision concerning the granting of the concession right for the transport of meat from the municipal slaughterhouse of Salé;
  9. Agreement of the amendment to the specifications relating to the rental of the municipal swimming pool and its related facilities at Hay Rahma ;
  10. Agreement of the updating of the lease contract concluded between the commune of Salé and the literacy cooperative “Al Wifaq” of senior education and training officials in Salé concerning a building in the form of a private school at residence “Assafae 6” in the borough Laâyayda;
  11. Agreement of the updating of the lease contract between the commune of Salé and the literacy cooperative “Al Wifaq” of senior education and training officials in Salé concerning a building in the form of a private school in Project of the Garden in the borough Laâyayda;
  12. Agreement of a partnership convention between the commune of Salé and the Royal Moroccan Football Federation concerning the project to lift the power of transformer N ° 477 serving the covered sports hall and the stadium “Boubker Ammar” in Salé;
  13. Agreement of a partnership convention between the municipality of Salé and the Association of the Sporting Soccer Union, concerning the allocation of annual financial support to this association;
  14. Agreement of a partnership convention between the commune of Salé and the Sports Association of Salé Volleyball Section, concerning the allocation of annual financial support for the association;
  15. Agreement of a partnership convention between the commune of Salé and the Salé Tabriquet Youth Association concerning the allocation of annual financial support for this association;
  16. Agreement of a partnership convention between the commune of Salé and the Sports Association of Salé section handball, concerning the allocation of annual financial support to this association;
  17. Agreement of a partnership convention between the municipality of Salé and the Najah Sportif of Salé football association, concerning the allocation of annual financial support to this association;
  18. Agreement of a partnership convention between the commune of Salé and the 2010 Olympic Sports Association of Salé, concerning the allocation of annual financial support for this association;
  19. Agreement of a partnership convention between the commune of Salé and the Sports Association of Salé cycling section, concerning the allocation of annual financial support for this association;
  20. Agreement of a partnership convention between the commune of Salé and the Association Union Esslam des Lionceaux de l’Air, concerning the allocation of annual financial support for this association;
  21. Agreement of a partnership convention between the commune of Salé and the Espérance Tabriquet Salaoui Sports Association concerning the allocation of annual financial support for this association;
  22. Disagreement of a partnership convention between the commune of Salé and the Association Club “Afaq” sportif football section, concerning the allocation of annual financial support for this association;
  23. Agreement of a partnership convention between the commune of Salé and the Tabriquet Salaoui Youth Handball Section, concerning the allocation of annual financial support for this association;
  24. Agreement of a partnership convention between the municipality of Salé and the Al Wahda Association of Fantasia and Development, concerning the allocation of annual financial support for this association;
  25. Agreement of a partnership convention between the municipality of Salé and the Salé Sports Association of Fantasia, concerning the allocation of annual financial support for this association;
  26. Agreement of the distribution of bonuses to cultural associations;
  27. Agreement of the distribution of bonuses to social associations;
  28. Agreement of the distribution of bonuses to sports associations and teams;
  29. Agreement of the annex to a partnership convention between the municipality of Salé and the Salaoui 2010 Olympic Handball Association concluded for the year 2016, concerning the rectification of the bank account number of this association;
  30. Agreement of the correction of a few mistakes in the names of certain associations awarded for the years 2015 and 2016;
  31. Agreement of a partnership convention concerning the rehabilitation of the “Souk Assalihine” space in Tabriquet;
  32. Agreement of a partnership convention for the construction of a cultural and artistic animation complex in Tabriquet;
  33. Agreement of the acquisition of a building by REDAL for the development of a new commercial agency in the Laâyada borough.
